ABSTRACT
This article discusses the issue about 'the
need to humanize the mentoring process in the
courses of distance education mode'. Its scientific relevance is in fact
bring to the gym a discussion that could help to alleviate
and even reduce dropout rates and student
dropout in courses offered in distance mode. Its social relevance lies
in the fact that you can create a
more conducive teaching and learning environment for learners with more security,
self-esteem and autonomy
in their academic
backgrounds. This is the bibliographic research, factual, analytical grounded in pedagogical praxis and concepts
of motivation. It aims to propose a reflective dialogue on
pedagogical practice used in the tutorials
of teaching-learning programs
mediated Distance Education. THE major concern of education is with the integral
formation of the individual, where its virtues
and character are highlighted. Modern technology and vision built upon himself put this whole framework in very vulnerable
conditions because it turns everyone into things that can be replaced.
The conclusions reached
is that there is need for the humanization of work in academic fields in order to broaden
the possibilities of more harmonious relations between those who teach and those who are willing to learn. When this become
fact, it has consolidated an efficient and effective system of education.
