ABSTRACT
This
essay addresses the issue of pedagogical, didactic, ethical and technical
challenges in the humanization processes of artificial intelligence (AI). Its
scientific relevance lies in making the academic community understand that
nothing that can be created by human beings can overcome the innate human
capacity that is being developed and improved through social relationships. Its
social relevance is shown in the fact that it explains to the population that
the technical-scientific advances achieved by AI aim to improve the existential
condition in the midst of everyday procedures, not to replace man as a unique
being. Even if progress can be made in the creation of automated data and
commands, aI will still fall far short of the capacity of the human brain. When
it comes to analyses, these are more complex to carry out because there is a
need to carry out comparisons through mnemonic search comparing other moments
in which the individual presented different mood states. To do this, it is
necessary to remember names, places, situations, events, a series of thoughts
that are triggered in an interconnected way, and may or may not be verbalized,
according to the situational analysis. The simplicity with which the human
brain processes highly complex things and situations is something that may
still take a long time for AI to be able to reproduce, autonomously. However,
assuming that this entire condition can be achieved by AI, what criteria will
be adopted so that this is not used as a means of manipulation by companies
that have control over it. Believing that a machine will take control of
society in such a way that it will manipulate it is a paranoid delusion;
however, operators may well misuse information and means of analysis and
interpretation, as well as interaction with humans.
